Safa Osman, MD

Dr. Safa Osman is board certified in Internal Medicine, originally from Sudan; she completed medical school and graduated in 1998. Dr. Osman completed her residency at New York Medical College, Our Lady Of Mercy Medical Centre. She achieved different awards during medical school and abroad.

She is married and lives with her husband and 2 daughters in Purcellville, VA. She is a member of the American College Of physician/ ACP, Eastern Panhandle Medical Society, NEW York Medical Society, International Association For Physician In Aesthestic Medicine/ IPAM and Sudanese Medical Society /SMS.

She has special interest in infecious disease, endocine disease, women's health and aesthetic medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Osman enjoys reading, travelling and biking.

Leona Cook, NP

Leona Cook, NP received her Bachelor in Nursing from Shepherd University where she was chosen for the academic excellence award. She received her Master's degree and Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from West Virginia University.

Leona was one of the original founders of the Eastern Panhandle Free Clinic where she currently works part-time. She also teaches through Shenandoah University's Nursing Program.

Leona is married, lives in Kearneysville, West Virginia with her husband, son and daughter. She enjoys traveling, watching movies and attending Mountaineer games, especially when the Mountaineers win!

Charity Stephens, PA-C,

Charity Stephens, PA-C, graduated from Shenandoah University in 2007 with a Master's Degree in Physician Assistance Studies. She is originally from southern Utah and enjoys the small town feel of Ranson.

Her favorite hobby is spending time with her husband and little girl. She also enjoys reading, travelling and going on walks. She currently works part time and she is excited working for JPC!
